To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
Common Return Questions
What is your returns policy?
- You are eligilble to return full priced items for an exchange or eBoutique voucher which is valid for 12 months.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged garments. Garments returned with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will be rejected.
- Garments must have been purchased directly from the ELIYA THE LABEL eBoutique.
What items are non-returnable?
- Sale items are non-returnable. You are only eligible to exchange the size of an item purchased on sale provided the size is in stock.
- Garments which have been worn, washed, marked or altered.
- Garments which have had their tags removed.
- Garments which are returned outside of our returns policy time frame.
Are there any charges for return
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- We strongly recommend using a traceable return mail method as we will not be held responsible for packages that go missing.
- For urgent exchanges, please include a pre-paid return satchel within your delivery with your delivery information pre-filled on the front of the satchel.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Specify whether you wish to exchange your item or receive an eBoutique voucher.
- You will recieve a confirmation email with guidelines to follow for return shipping.
How soon will you process my return?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Returns for an exchange will generally be processed within 3 business days once your return reaches us.
- Returns for an eBoutique vouchers will be processed and emailed to you within 1-3 business days
Do you offer refunds?
- A refund will only be issued on items that have a distinct, irreparable and/or irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery.
- You are eligilble to return your full priced items for an exchange or eBoutique voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
- Being unhappy with a particular fit does not mean that the garment is faulty. Our regular return policy will apply for returns of this nature.
